She is particularly effective at quickly assessing the operational and organizational implications of strategic challenges and then developing credibility and trust among both owners and managers to drive action.
As a business process and operational advisor, Suzanne helps clients streamline and improve processes so they can drive better decisions and achieve better results. She is skilled at how to strategically and tactically create results, as well as the business processes and organizational structure required to sustain them.
Suzanne’s career includes Partner, C-Level, Vice President, and Director roles in leading consulting and professional services firms. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art degree in Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Suzanne is a proud volunteer for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Cook County, serving to advocate for the best interests of children in court and to strive to ensure that children leave the system to live in safe, permanent homes.
