The Altura team worked alongside the management team at Wilson Pet Supply to maximize the value of the company leading up to the sale, and then facilitated the sale process.
Led by Jim Wilson since 1980, Wilson Pet Supply grew from a small company – acquired in 1974 by Jim’s father – into one of the leading pet supply distributors in the country. With his retirement on the horizon, Jim engaged in conversations with Animal Supply Company regarding their desire to purchase his business.
